Reiki - Universal Life Energy
Reiki is a type of energy work originated in Japan at the beginning of the 20th century. It's a holistic, natural, hands-on energy healing method that works on a physical, mental, and spiritual level. It is working by transferring of energy from practitioner to client. Reiki Energy Healing utilizes specific techniques for restoring and balancing the natural life force energy flow within the body. Through the balancing of energy this system is using the body’s natural ability to heal itself. Reiki not only promotes healing, personal growth and spiritual development. It also gives a deep state of relaxation and well-being and leads to a strengthening of basic trust.
What is a session like?
In a room with relaxing atmosphere, you make yourself comfortable on a massage table. I will place my hands lightly on or near your body in various positions around the head, shoulders, stomach, knees and feet. Reiki will be transmitted to you through my hands.
A Reiki treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through you and surrounds you.
